The service did not function as described
A billing or payment error occurred
The service was not delivered or activated

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind or general dissatisfaction after using the service
Failure to cancel a separate recurring subscription before its renewal date
Requests made after the 7-day refund window
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including prohibited or illegal use — in such cases, all payments are forfeited
