Scope
The pricing page and checkout describe each offer’s current price, duration, allowances, and whether it is one-time or recurring. Those checkout terms apply to the offer you select. This policy does not guarantee that any particular offer will be available.
General Rule
Hiraki Labs (OPC) Private Limited, operating as ELI5Now, provides digital access. Payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable access has been delivered or activated. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, unused allowances, or a change of mind.
Limited Exceptions
Subject to applicable law, we may consider a refund where:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase or billing period
- A billing or payment error occurred
- Confirmed paid access was not delivered or activated
- A material technical failure caused by us prevented access to core paid features and we could not reasonably resolve it
We assess these requests individually. A request does not create a right to a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by us.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or general dissatisfaction after using the service
- Unused time, unused allowances, or partial use of a paid period
- Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before its renewal date
- Access restrictions or termination resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at [email protected]
- Include your account email, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue
- Provide any information reasonably needed to investigate the request
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider. A refund may end the access associated with the refunded payment immediately.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription through Billing settings before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund right.
One-time purchases do not renew unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
